upGrad GSP held its Recruitment Festival 2024 – Navigating Through Changes to allow our recruitment agents in Southeast Asia to gather in-depth information from nearly 50 of our partner institutions across the UK, the US, Australia and New Zealand.
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – upGrad GSP, a trusted global marketplace for international education, hosted its Recruitment Festival 2024 on the afternoon of 2 October 2024 at the Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel in Vietnam.
The gathering started with a welcome reception, followed by an opening ceremony led by Annie Hua, upGrad GSP’s Regional Recruitment Director – Southeast Asia, Japan & Korea. Afterward, James Hall, CEO of ANZ Migrate, took the floor to present updates on the international education and migration landscape in Australia.
Light refreshments were served before the program continued with discussions led by other key speakers from the industry:

Anchored on the theme “Navigating Through Changes,” the event welcomed over 100 recruitment partners. It enabled agents to engage directly with institution representatives and learn about their latest scholarship opportunities, admissions processes and program offerings. It facilitated one-on-one consultations and in-depth dialogues on specific student cases, on-the-spot offers and important immigration requirements such as Australia’s GS statement.
Almost 50 institution partners were in attendance, along with organisations like ANZ Migrate, Education Centre of Australia, Pearson Education New Zealand and Magic, to share valuable and up-to-date information about international education:
