UpGrad GSP hosted three networking forums in Colombia and Brazil in September to connect institution and recruitment partners across South America.
Bogotá, Colombia and São Paulo, Brazil – upGrad GSP, a leading international education marketplace, organised networking forums focused on sustainable growth in international education. The events were held in Hotel Holiday Inn Express in Bogotá, Colombia and Espaço de Eventos in São Paulo, Brazil on 11 and 18 September 2024, respectively.
The forums allowed participants to exchange insights and explore a wide range of academic and professional opportunities showcased by our institution partners for prospective students from the region.
Attendees engaged in discussions on industry trends, sector realities and best student practices, and institutions shared their diverse offerings, highlighting their learning-conducive academic environments.
The participants also included representatives from several government and private organisations centred on international education, including the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) and EducationUSA.
The upGrad GSP team, led by Regional Recruitment Director in Latin America and Europe David Arango, along with Business Development Managers Natalia Mendoza Vasquez in Colombia and Alyne Siquiera in Brazil, also talked about our digital ecosystem. We highlighted how our platform and network can provide great value for recruiters.
Another networking forum is set to take place in Mexico in the future.
