upGrad GSP held a two-part event with recruitment partners, with an agent workshop during the day and a dinner and awards ceremony at night.
Dhaka, Bangladesh – upGrad GSP welcomed 37 counsellors from our top 17 recruitment partners in a two-part event last 12 October 2024 at the Ikebana Hall of the Lakeshore Grand in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Organised by upGrad GSP’s Bangladesh Country Manager Faisal Khan, the day session involved an agent workshop training, designed to educate counsellors from our top recruitment partners on enhancing conversion rates. Ali Butt, our Chief Growth Officer and Vice President – Recruitment, inaugurated the event.
Presentations were given by representatives of several of our institution partners:
- Up Education
- University of Southern Queensland
- Griffith University
- Flinders University
- Torrens University
- Education Centre of Australia (Victoria University, University of Tasmania, Swinburne University of Technology and University of the Sunshine Coast).
Recruitment partners also participated in quizzes and team-building activities during the seminar. Each counsellor received a participation certificate after the event.
In the evening, the attendees were celebrated with a dinner and awards ceremony. Ali started the session by sharing recent updates from upGrad GSP. Then, our top 15 recruitment partners were presented Platinum, Gold and Silver awards in recognition of their outstanding performance and achievements in the past year. The session concluded with a delightful buffet.
