upGrad GSP holds its annual upGrad GSP Partner’s Assembly in Sydney

upGrad GSP hosted its annual Partner’s Assembly 2024 to bring together recruitment and institution partners in Australia and collaborate towards transforming the international education landscape.

Sydney, Australia — upGrad GSP, a trusted global marketplace for international student recruitment, held one of its biggest annual events on 15 May 2024 at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. Under the theme “Empowering Minds, Changing Lives,” the upGrad GSP Partner’s Assembly 2024 connected many of our institution partners and recruitment partners in Australia with a unified goal to help international students achieve their educational goals. 

Hosted by business development managers Judy Tan and Mayank Kansal, the event focused on providing insights into current international education market trends, industry news and key updates from upGrad GSP while giving the institutions a platform to showcase themselves to recruitment partners through booths provided to each of them.

These partners were able to showcase various aspects of their university or college, such as their programs, admissions processes, scholarships, campus life and other unique offerings.

Key leaders from upGrad GSP also took to the stage to share about the company’s unique platform, recruitment processes, global team and other updates about its work and progress. These included President Elaine Starkey, Vice President of Recruitment and Admissions Ali Butt, Vice President of Global Partnerships Matt Beazley and Vice President of Conversions Vienne Baker.

Recruitment partners also heard from invited special guests who shared valuable industry insights and market trends, including George Lombard, Special Council of PLAYFAIR Legal and Jonathan Chew, Global Head of Insights and Analytics of Navitas.
