Engineering and Architecture
The term ‘engineering’ covers many fields and, by extension, many skills. Engineers are scientists, inventors, designers, builders and great thinkers. They improve the state of the world, amplify human capability and make peoples lives safer and easier. An engineer or senior engineer, uses math and science to solve different technical problems. Their main duties include developing new products for companies or individuals to use, providing maintenance to current products to enhance use and design new machines to improve an organisations efficiencies. Architects design building projects for clients. They often act as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the whole projects lifecycle, and manage the cohesion of the build. Architects work with builders, engineers, surveyors, lawyers, and other professionals and tradespeople to achieve their vision.
